It wouldn't surprise me if he had her walking around with a fake belly on to prepare her for what was to come...he must have raided the wardrobe room on the set....they are such a wacked out pair and he is just...psychotic!!!

maybe that's why he bought the sonogram machine - so no one would know.
If these pictures are correctly dated of when they were taken, the one on Jan. 15th looks like she has absolutely no belly whatsoever
