I *think* this might have been a house mike and I drove by. They were having an open house and it looked like SUCH CRAP that I didnt even want to stop. If it is they cleaned it up

I live VERY close to this house. 
There are some houses that need work on this block... and there are some really NICE houses on this block.
It seems like the couple of beater houses are being fixed up.
If you are in the market... you should check the house out. This is part of the 'R' section in Levittown... and its a very nice area overall. This area is right on the Wantagh border.
You also get MacArthur HS which is a plus.
I might check it out myself to find out how much I overpaid for my house.

And even though its not mentioned... taxes are also most likely before STAR since I pay just about the same taxes... and my house is very similar. (Ranch / 4br / 2bth / 6000sqft)
