Repost: Anyone ever try Jenny Craig?
I was wondering if anyone ever tried Jenny Craig? How was the food? Was it worth the expense?
TIA Danielle

Re: Repost: Anyone ever try Jenny Craig?
A friend of mine is getting married in 1 year and started Jenny a month and a half ago.
She says its sooo expensive, she has to force the food down, and it's not that effective. (for her anyway.)
I'm sorry!

I was on it like 10 years ago. I LOVED it! I lost alot of weight (I unfortunately have gained all the weight back & then some) But, every time I see the commercials it makes me want to do it again.
The food is expensive but, if you need that type of structure it's worth it.

Re: Repost: Anyone ever try Jenny Craig?
I did it about 10 years ago and lost about 15 lbs or so on it. I thought the food was good but expensive.
I gave up once I lost all the weight. I didn't transition back to normal food and probably put back some of it.
Weight watchers is your best bet (IMO)

I agree! I did it in 2001 for 6 months and I lost 40 pounds. It was expensive back then ($100 for their food, plus additional grocery items).
I liked picking my own food from their menu, b/c some of the meals were very good. I also liked not having to plan any meals.
