Yoga 4 Fertility
Anyone have this or tried it before?
I saw it listed in Conceive Magazine. Brenda Strong (Mary Alice from Desparate Housewives) is the narrator and a couple websites recommended it.
I was wondering if anyone had any experience with it.
Thanks!

Re: Yoga 4 Fertility
I take regular yoga.... In the book "Inconceivable" yoga is strongly recommended. I think no matter what, it is good for you. I also think that when it is listed as "for fertility" the price quadruples...!! I don't think there can be that much of a difference between regular and "infertility" yoga, but what do I know?
I have the yoga for pregnancy cd...got to use it for 2 weeks anyway...

Re: Yoga 4 Fertility
Thanks. It was only 19.99 so I ordered it.
Any little bit helps I guess.
I found more info if anyone else is interested:
Yoga 4 Fertility is a website for women and couples who wish to support their pursuit of conceiving with a wholistic approach to balancing mind/body and spirit through yoga. Brenda Strong is a certified yoga instructor who works with the Mind/Body Institute at UCLA, providing yoga to women and couples who are experiencing difficulty getting pregnant. The yoga program offered helps to reduce stress, open the body and increase feelings of wellness and vitality, specifically focusing on the Second Chakra which is responsible for the reproductive organs in the body. Yoga works the parasymathetic nervous system and can markedly enhance fertility treatments, and protocol recommended by your physician.

Re: Yoga 4 Fertility
Ohh a cd!! Sounds great!!!
My RE clinic offers yoga for infertility - $25 a class!! I pay $50 for a whole semester where I go. I was really talking about classes, but I am sure the CD is great!

Re: Yoga 4 Fertility
I did my Yoga 4 Fertility DVD last night. It was really pretty cool.
I don't know if I'm more fertile now, but my back feels good.
It actually makes me feel like I'm doing something positive, and it was much more "followable" than most yoga tapes I've seen.

Re: Yoga 4 Fertility
This is the place I got it from:
http://www.shop.com/op/~Yoga_4_Fertility-prod-17481423
I think Amazon has it too - but it was a long wait for it.
I really enjoyed it, although my hamstrings are rebelling today!!
