what do you put in your salad to make it different.......
besides the ususal lettuce, tomotoes, cucumbers, carrots, peppers ect......what do you put in your salad to make it different but still healthy. I am sick of eating the same salad stuff everyday!!!!!

Shredded cheese, black olives, roasted red peppers, chick peas, lump crab meat, avocado,
honestly I put the kitchen sink in my salads! More items the better!

Different cheeses, hummus, toasted sunflower seeds, grilled tofu, daikon (which is similar to sauerkraut but healthier and I can't find it anywhere!)

Crumbled Gorgonzola cheese, dried cranberries, pecans & raspberry vinagrette dressing (Kens low fat!)....YUMMY!!

Different cheeses
Sliced/flavored almonds
I've been on an asian sesame kick, so I usually buy the asian sesame snack mix and dressing...so yummy!!
