Good weight training routine
Looking for a good weight training routine to do. I used to see a trainer 2X a week, but it's been a couple of months now that i haven't done much weight training. So although I am not new to weight training, I can't juimp back into what I was doing.
What is a good rountine for a semi-beginner?

Re: Good weight training routine
You could start out with a traditional split, something like this:
Monday - chest/triceps
Wednesday - back/biceps
Friday - shoulders/legs
Some sample exercises (you don't have to do all of them):
Chest - bench press (flat, incline, or decline bench with dumbbells or barbell)
Triceps - close grip bench press, triceps pressdown, lying dumbbell french press
Back - barbell rows, pullups
Biceps - preacher curls, incline dumbbell curls
Legs - deep squats (squatting below parallel), Romanian deadlifts, hamstring curls
Shoulders - standing military press
