second trimester was by far the best!

I am becoming more and more miserable. My belly is getting huge and my back hurts, feet are swelling and my ribs hurt when I sit. This last trimester seems to be going downhill. I am losing my energy. Anyone else feeling like this?

Re: second trimester was by far the best!

I hear ya! I felt great during my second. I couldn't wait to be pregnant again. I think I felt it through the first half of the third too. Now, I'm big, fat and tired and I hurt all over! But it's all for the cause rightChat Icon

I agree......
1st was HORRIBLEEEEEEE!!!
2nd was terriffic!!
3rd....welll....I am starting to feel like crap again. Back pain is getting worse, Im getting bigger, it hurts to move ...I can't walk alot or stand on my feet alot, not too much swelling , just achy and now I am starting all over (as the 1st tri) with the fatigue! I can't get out of bed in the morning and I force myself to stay awake just to sleep well at night. I am so unmotivated and just exhausted!!! I am almost 31 weeks so I have some ime yet..I just hope it doesn't get much worse!Chat Icon

Re: second trimester was by far the best!

yep..I have had it!! My feet are puffy at the end of the day, I have really bad pelvic pain and my little baby has made his hand or foot very comfortable under my rib so he punches me there all of the time! I am also so tired...I cant sleep for anything...my baby beats me up if I sleep on my right side so I am twisting and turning all night. I just keep think that I am in the homestretch!! Re: second trimester was by far the best!

I can't lie, so please don't hate me, but I'm still feeling pretty good. I'll be 35 weeks on Friday, and aside from more pressure down below, I'm holding up pretty well. The first tri-mester exhaustion isn't back, but talk to me again next week when I return to teaching dance 4 days a week. Chat Icon I'm sure I'll be singing a different tune.

I agree also! I am tired and cranky all over again! I didn't have m/s and am not feeling ill again, thank god. but i am just used to moving faster, being more active.

and yes, just sitting at work gets uncomfortable sometimes! i am counting the days until maternity leave!!

The 2nd trimester is usually always the best one.

Re: second trimester was by far the best!

I am half way with you. I am starting to get more tired, foot aches and sluggish, but not entirely horrible. I do feel a difference from the 2nd tri - I will say that.

My third trimester isn't as bad as my first was, but it's not as enjoyable as I thought it would be. Chat Icon

Re: second trimester was by far the best!

I have been getting more uncomfortable now at 32 weeks. And I have had quite a few days of being extremely tired & lazy, which has not happened at all before during my pregnancy.

Re: second trimester was by far the best!

I could not agree more with these posts -
I felt fabulous in my 2nd trimester.. I hardly felt pregnant sometimes (except for my expanding waistline!)

My first trimester was tough, and now the 3rd is increasingly difficult as well. I was good until about 30 weeks but its been going downhill from there Chat Icon

I think for me the worst part I find is that I just do not sleep well at all. At least in the 1st tri when I was soo sick I would just go to sleep. I slept soo much and that helped with all the other symptoms. But now I'm so big and cannot find any comfortable position to rest and it just adds to my exhaustion .. and nausea.. and aches and pains (I could go on, but I'll shut up now Chat Icon)

Re: second trimester was by far the best!

Believe it or not, I think that my second trimester was the WORST! I had a ton of ligament pain, which has finally gone away at around 31 weeks. I am feeling really good now - just a little tired at night...but no more pain!

I also felt great during my first - no MS or anything.

I felt great the 1st and 2nd tri, but now I'm starting to slow down. I still feel pretty good, just tired with a pinched nerve!!!
