Help should I paint the dining room wall the same color /????

I have an open floor plan and for years my DH only wanted to paint Off White, Finally after making him understand it looks like hospital walls he agreed but now I dont know what to do.
Should I paint the wall where the china cabinet is or should I leave it the way it is , I am also trying to make each room it own Please any ideas ?

Also do you think I should change window treatment and blind ???

I would definitely paint the wall behind the china cabinet the same color.

I think the window treatments and blinds are fine and I would leave them (you could tie in the colors from the blinds and valences to your dinning room)... I would definitely paint the wall in the dinning room another color though (to separate the two rooms).. go with something neutral like a light beige (or even a mustard yellow to make it more rich). I wouldn't be afraid that the two colors would clash in an open plan.. just go with something that flows.. people do it all the time and it works (me being one of them). I would even do the wall with the china cabinet in the different color.
