Sleigh Bed Question
For those with sleigh beds, do you use a bedskirt? Can I please see pictures?
Thanks!

Re: Sleigh Bed Question
nope....well, we don't actually have a full bed set. WE only bought one set of sheets and are using 2 queen size blankets (I'm so friggen hot at night).
BUT...there was a thread about this on LIW with pics!

Re: Sleigh Bed Question
I wondered about that also. This is the bedding we ordered, they show it with no skirt and I like this look. However, our bed doesn't come up so high on the sides. Here is our bed from the Restoration Hardware site...
I ended up ordering an extra fitted sheet, its a similar color as the bedding and put that over the box spring, so the little bit you see matches. Image Attachment(s):

Re: Sleigh Bed Question
I have a sleigh bed and do not use a bedskirt but I did buy a second fitted sheet to cover the box spring. You can see the box spring from the sides so we just bought an extra sheet from Century 21 it was very inexpensive but looks neat and clean.

Re: Sleigh Bed Question
I have a low Profile Sleigh Bed. I don't use a bedskirt, but ladies thanx for the tip with the fitted sheet on the box spring. The boxspring showing kinda annoys me! Image Attachment(s):

Re: Sleigh Bed Question
i couldnt find a better picture but... the sleigh beds most of the box spring is covered by the side rails
BIG TIP: Just make sure to get a extra wide comforter otherwise you will see the box spring.. i searched for extra wide and now i love it....
(although my DH pulls the sheets to his side when he sleeps so that why yiou see the sheets stickingn out) Image Attachment(s):

Re: Sleigh Bed Question
I don't use a bedskirt, because the detailing on the wood is so pretty, I acutally tuck my duvet cover into the wood!
Here are pics:
