Sleeping Bags
I was just wondering if anyone here used sleeping bags for their babies? Its still cold here, but Noah doesn't seem to be cold at night in our room, I do use blankets but he does kick them off. Some of my friends have used these Grobags and say that they were the best thing that they had for their babies and I was wondering what you BTDT moms think of them.
I have some fleecy sleeping bags from Carters, but they have long sleeves and I think those would be too warm...
Any opinions are welcome! Image Attachment(s):

Re: Sleeping Bags
Oh yes, I use one of those...I love it! Around 4 mos. we stopped swaddling, and went right into this. In fact, just last week I bought a larger size in the lightweight version. I still put another blanket on top of her though and tuck it into the mattress.

Re: Sleeping Bags
I used a long sleeve one and I love it. I don't have to worry for the blankets. The ped recommeded it to us. Nicholas has been using it for month and a half now.

Re: Sleeping Bags
With a long sleeved sleeping bag, what should I put on underneath? Just a onesie or do I need a onesie, sleepsuit combo which he wears most of the time?

Re: Sleeping Bags
If we weren't still swaddling I would use those for sure.

Re: Sleeping Bags
We use either a sleepsack (sleeveless) over feetie pajamas and a onesie or a long sleeve fleece sack over a onesie.

Re: Sleeping Bags
We use those - or I should say my son uses it! My daughter hates being confined - she will kick her legs relentlessly until we take it off!

Re: Sleeping Bags
We use one - Jesse loves it! If it's cold, we put on a onesie and feetie pjs. This is the company that makes the one we have:
baby in a bag
