Where can I buy a cell phone WIHTOUT activation besides ebay?
It is for my mom, she wants a new or gently used flip-phone for use with T-mobile.

ETA: beisdes the t-mobile store... somewhere cheaper than that???

you can buy them direct from stores without activating them (I think)
