What color paint for living room with Navy couch?
I was already planning to use tan in another room, so thats out. Do you think I could use a sage green? Would it look like Christmas if I had a burgandy dining room across the hall?

Here is what I'm thinking. I couldn't seem to alter the ceiling colors -- I'm planning white for that. What do you think of the sage-tan-red combo? Image Attachment(s):

I have a navy couch too-I've rented for years & always had off white walls. I am thinking of going with a light green in our new place.
I also considered, gray , blue grey or terracotta.
I don't think the picture you posted looks too Christmasy, b/c its a pale green & not a red red.

I personally would go with the tan and use the rust accent color on one wall.

I like the color combo you posted, Audubon Russet isnt really red, so I wouldnt worry about the red and sage green looking christmas-y
I think tan in one room and audubon russet in the other and white inbetween would look nice too.

I have the rust color in my den and sage in my living room it looks nice.

tan would look great
i think gold - like chestertown buff- would look great with a navy couch
light blue als olooks good with it
im not sure if the color combp you posted would look right with navy

I like the idea of a golden hue. If you go with a color wheel - you could stay in the mono family and choose a grey-blue...if you want contrast something in the orange/yellow family would be nice
