I hate shopping
Yes I said it, Im a girl and I hate shopping..
hate hate hate it.
I walk into a clothing store and feel ready to have a panic attack, to many choices, everything is soooo expensive and Im broke, plus is it just me or does everything look child size! I am not a size 0, I can not fit one butt cheek into those pants, Im a size 6 (which if yall have heard is the new 14 ) and I feel so inadequate,
how do other pple buy clothes that fit and look nice..
not to mention i jsut saw a tiny mini denim skirt that was 60 bucks..60 bucks   it barely covers my u kno what!!! I....hate...shopping....

I kno my mom said that too..shes a 16 shes like dam what am i a 45! i really hate how they size things its such bs! I just left a womans store i thought i was shoping for my niece, the clothing is sooooo tiny!!!!!

this is the reason why I tend to stick to Dept stores for clothing.
some other stores I like are The Gap, Eddie Bauer, Banana Repub etc. Which is why I also love shopping in Riverhead!

I hate it too! Its very hard for me. The biggest size in "normal" clothes is too small for me and the smallest plus size literally falls right off me. They need to make a pre-plus line or something! Its soooo frustrating. Oh yeah and I am broke as well!

I can only do big shopping like twice a year! As opposed to my sister who is literally a shop o holic.
I wish I could be like that and be a girlie girl who loves shopping.

I have always hated shopping, just don't have the paitence for it. DH is always begging me to go shopping (yes, you heard that right!) because I always complain I have nothing to wear. And when I do go shopping, I come home depressed and frustrated and eat a pint of ice cream.

the limited has some good sales
so does banana and the gap
they al lcut clothing pretty generously so im sure you will probably be wearing a 4 in those stores
also try marshalls or tj maxx for awesome deals

I think she means that w/ this "super-skinny" trend we are seeing that people who are a size 6 now seem huge.
I want to know how these hollywood people do it!

I know how you feel. I can't go shopping any more cause it makes me cry. I have some older pants that are a size 12 that fit me just fine but now when i go in I have to try on a size 16. I cant find anything that i like or feel looks good on me cause i think when i see it in the mirror i just see a big old 16 and freak. (not that there is anything wrong with that size but when you are used to two sizes smaller it is rough on a woman)

sorry, i was referring to how sizes just dont add up to what they once did--and in the movie the devil wears prade the girl is a size 6--and he tells her that aint good enuff cause 6 is the new 14 CRAZZYNESSS

exxxactly..all my clothes once said 4, 6, now im trying on 8s in some places and im like w..t..h.... they all fit sooo awkward... shopping is sucha pain

I know my body has changed in my mid-20s though. Even without gaining weight I just can't do the juniors sizes. My body weight has redistributed itself!
