Bassinet or cradle?
My sister just brought over my neice's cradle that she used. It is sooo big. I think a bassinet may be better. Also, how many different cradle mattresses are there? Thanks!

I didn't use either one. I had borrowed my cousins cradle but Hayley hated the mattress, it was so hard, she wouldn't lay in it. I ended up putting her in her pack n play and after 2 weeks she was in her crib in her room. She gave me no problems sleeping in her crib.

We are using a white wooden cradle. It's nice and it can stay still or you can rock it. We bought it for my Godson awhile back and now it's been passed on to us  We plan to keep it in the family.
