Another spay question
Bella got spayed on Monday, she wouldn't go near the stairs for a few days, but now she is fine and completely her old self, now the problem is she has swelling at the insision site, it is not red or anything, it just looks like a tennis ball under her skin. I called the vet this morning and explained it to the nurse and she said its fine, most likely scar tissue and rushed me off the phone. BUT the swelling seems to be getting bigger, and it is on the hard side. But it doesn't seem to be bothering her. I just don't know what to do.

Re: Another spay question
It could just be the incision healing. I remember this happening to Pyxie, but I do not remember it getting bigger.... Can the vet see her for a follow-up visit to make sure that it is healing OK?
