plus size girls...
where online can i look at not expensive simple casual dresses.. i need a dress for a rehearsal dinner
also undergarments, i have a strapless bra but without buying a whole oufit where and what can i get(one piece) to **** my stomach and thighs? i bought something from target that works great but it stops at my mid butt and you see a line on the back of the dress... looks terrible

Undergarment: Go to Georgette's in Hicksville
The women there really know there stuff. The first time I went in there I was a bit taken aback by the store (they do all undergarments, but right inside the door is a whole rack of housecoats!) but it's a great place and it's not over priced.
Dresses: I get lucky in Lord & Taylor quite often. Also, Talbots Woman is a place I find a lot of dresses stuff as well.

I have gotten a few nice dresses @ Dress Barn. I wasn't expecting to find anything & I got lucky.
They have those Spanx at Lane Bryant. they are supposed to be brilliant.

I have to aggree with georgette's in hicksville. she was able to find a strapless undergarment that worked with me while i was 26 weeks pregnant for my wedding -- and i'm a size 26 so she's got to be good!!!
as far as dresses i've seen some nice things on the lane bryant website that aren't available in the stores. i would also try macy's and the big department stores.

Annie Sez has some sizes up to a 18/20...and spanx is a miracle---i go online and get them often....
