BF'ing Moms...How many of you joined Weight Watchers after the birth of your baby?
I start WW again this coming Saturday; I will be 3.5 weeks post op from my c-section.
Did anyone else start WW a few weeks after having a your baby? I am breastfeeding and concerned about loosing my milk supply. TIA.

They will give you an extra 10 points a week if you are breastfeeding. Keep up your fluid intake especilly because of the warm weather and you should be ok. Good luck!

I was told not to do ww until i had been breastfeeding for 8 weeks to make sure my supply was established.
i joined ww after the pregnancy but didn't keep up with it. i need to go back SOOO bad!

I did not realize that. I will call my doctor tomorrow just to make sure its ok that I join.

I went to meetings before I was preggo and I plan on going to the meetings now as well.
ETA: What about starting a get back in shape thread?? Would anyone be interested?? Then the gals who can't go to WW meetings or those who are doing something other than WW can be a part of it too. We can all support each other, what are your thoughts?

Just judge your body..if I did any dieting my milk supply totally tanked. But other women seem to be able to fill gallons with milk and eat barely anything. So see what works for you.
