WOW! I can't believe it! We saw the house last week, put in an offer the same day, they accepted the same day and less than a week later we are signing!! Now it's time to mortgage shop!! What else???

Congrats!!!  Double check your taxes with the town. I mentioned this on a previous thread. 
Oh, wanted to add, start looking into homeowner's insurance. I don't know how this works in other's cases, but we have the option to pay it now or at closing. My insurance company is basing the price on the appraisal of the house. I would assume this would be the same in any case??
