back from dr.. no progress.. and i have a question
Still only 60% effaced, not dialted at all. I go back thursday for a non stress test what is that exactly?

a non-stress test involves being hooked up to the contraction monitor for about 1/2 hour and they monitor the babies heart beat and contractions.

i had an nst (non stress test) today and last week also. they monitor the baby's heart rate and contractions.
