Protein
I know this is a silly question, but does anyone know how much protein is in an egg white. I am not a big fan of the yolk, but am trying to up my protein. Thanks!

I found this:
The white part of the egg has a mere 3 grams of protein, zero fat, zero cholesterol and just a few milligrams of sodium.

Thank you...so 2 egg whites equals almost the same protein as a whole egg. Thanks!
