Ive been dealing with this a lot lately, my allergies are insane with the pregnancy.

I would definitely say something if its allergies. Just apologize and say, I'm so sorry but I think I am allergic to the perfume you are wearing today (especialy if she doesn't wear it everyday).
I would not say something if you just don't like the smell.
