Total body detox (not drug related)
anybody tried this?? a colleague of mine came back from her cruise and told us about the class she took on body detox, she lost 6 inches overall!

I didn't do a "real" one but I once went for a couple days where all I ate was fruit and salad. I felt pretty good when it was over and for a few weeks the idea of greasy/sugary things made me a bit queasy.
But to be honest, I don't know if there are any real health benefits.

not sure about a total body detox but my doctor last night actually acupuncturist told me to do a body cleanens Fresh pineapple for breakfast lunch and dinner and water that is it for one day!! I will let you know how Saturday goes for me that is when I am doing it!!
