Selling house - UPDATED
We had an offer on our house tonight. We don't have a clue what to do. Its about 10K less than what we wanted. We don't have an agent. Could we do better if we had an agent. I am so confused!!!

Re: Selling house
Did you counteroffer? The market is slowing, we had to take $10k less than asking with an agent.

Re: Selling house
Did you base your price on a valuation from a realtor? If you are happy that you priced it right, I would counter, but it sounds like a good offer. If you were to pay 5-6% to a real estate agent, I'm sure that would be more than the 10k difference. Make sure you get their financials and a binder.
