Table food for 6 month olds?
Logan has been eyeing up my food for about two months now and he loves to drink from my cup. I have given him some fruit in the baby-safe feeding net and let him gnaw on some fruit puffs that I hold. He is just starting to bite/munch. Can I give him egg whites? Any other food suggestions are appreciated

you might want to ask your ped about the eggs. They all have different advice on it. My ped said ok to egg yolks only at 9 months.
You can try small pieces of chees or just puffs.

I give Noah baby rice cakes, they dissolve and break into tiny pieces. Really he just likes holding and sucking on them

egg yolks come first...egg whites are usually for 1 year+
I think breaking up puffs is fine. I think I started at about 6.5 months. If they are holding their head and siitting up well in the high chair - they should be fine - but still watch.

I also was told no eggs until 1 year for my daughter. The doctor said it's okay for them to be mixed into stuff but no eggs, especially the whites.
YOu can start trying the puffs and also that teether net that they sell at BBB and BRU is awesome -- at that age I gave EMily a lot of things like biter biscuits and frozen bananas (yummy and good on the gums!) in the teething net.
Also the puffs are awesome and I always gave them whole and she never choked -- try one out first -- they seriously disolve super fast. Also you might want to try other stuff before this but once he gets used to it one of Emily's favorite things at around 6-7 months was a lender's bagel toasted DARK. I did it dark so it was harder and she'd gum it forever!
