Prenatals Question
Hello. Can taking prenatals change your cycle? I started taking them about 3 weeks ago and I got my period about a week and a half early. Can that be why? Now I'm not sure when I should O since it is all screwy.

I don't THINK so... it's just vitamins... I don't see how they'd change your hormones...
change in diet or exercise can however.

Darn. Thanks. I was taking multi vitamins before I started taking the prenatals, so that may also confirm it had nothing to do with it.
Now another question. Since it came a week and a half early, should I still guestimate 14 days until ovulation, or would it def be different?
I bought the opk sticks, but no dark line just yet.

did you just come off the pill?
Your cycles can get haywire- it's been 3 months for me and they are all over the place.
