Anybody buy from ebay using Paymate or Moneybookers?
I just won a lot of 20 Baby Einstein DVDs but I didn't realize before I bid on them that the payment method was only Paymate or Moneybookers. I think these are basically services that use Visa or Mastercard to pay people in other countries.
Has anybody ever used this service or heard of it? Is it safe to use -- giving my credit card info to them? I'm a little bit nervous about using something like this. I just wish I had seen this on the ad before I bid for these.
I don't even know if this is the proper forum to post this, but I was looking for info from ladies I know I can trust.

Hmm, never heard of them...only Paypal. Can you check them out before you put in your info on their site?

I never heard of them. but I'm sure that ebay has investigated them. Ebay has some type of insurance policy too, I had to file a claim once about an item I didnt receive..

I know Ebay has an insurance policy, I'm just afraid of giving my CC info. I'm probably just being a bit neurotic, but I worry about everything.
The guy selling the item has over 100 good feedback messages. And 4 negative ones. The negative ones all have replies saying that the people didn't pay him and that's why they were upset with him. Maybe I should just give the info from a credit card with a really low limit.

You can send an e-mail to e-bay's customer service asking about those two and wait for them to get back to you, shouldn't take too long for them to let you know.
