yep...I talk to a lot of people on a daily basis and 3- 5 people who I consider my very good friends and whom I hang out with offline as well, so I think that means we are "friends"

I used to have "friends" on LIW during the wedding planning and stuff, and we had a lot of GTGs. But since coming on LIF, I haven't been to any GTGs or had any real friendships.

Both LIWs (and now LIFs) have been good to me when it comes to the friendships I've made. Who knew when I logged on to LIWs to plan a wedding that I'd wind up making lifelong, true-life WONDERFUL friends
I do also have people that I haven't yet met in person but I truly feel a very close 'bond' with online as well ...

I asked a very similar question last week I think... but you actually worded it better! 
Anyway, yes, there are people that I exchange FMs with or just have a certain "connection" with that I consider my friends but in many of those cases I haven't even met them in person. Many of those people I could see myself having friendships with more off the boards (or in "real life") also. I hope that I have the opportunity to do that.

Yes! there are some people on here i consider as friends that i Fm and e-mail some of them. I know i get a few from a people fm's So I guess i have few friends on here Not as much but some.
