Speaking of registries, Did you register soley by Baby Bargains?
The baby bargains book is so helpful, but also overwhleming. I dont know if I should just use it as a sorta guide, or if I should bring it with me when I register and get what they think is best.
What did you guys do?

I did a few things through Baby Bargains... (furniture, high chair, swing...) the rest I did on the Babies R Us site where they have feedback.

i use it as a guide and then combine it with personal preference and common sense. i found it very helpful to keep in mind what to look for when shopping for a particular product, but it's not my bible...

I did this too...but if anything received a B- or below in baby bargains based on safety or comfort I didn't even look at it.
The only thing I think I didn't really care what anyone said anything about was my video monitor. I got it and I LOVE it! There were such mixed reviews I just went with the gut.

I used Amazon.com for the reviews and my own personal opinions. I wrote out my list before even going into BRU. I knew which swing, bouncey, pack & play etc..that I wanted before ever stepping foot into the store. Made things much easier.
