Going to Pre-natal Yoga tonight
I'm so excited I can't wait. A friend and I are starting pre-natal yoga tonight at Absolute Yoga in Woodbury.
Maybe I should not have eaten that big bowl of lentil soup an hour ago

I have to actually say I was disappointed in the class. I've taken yoga before so I thought it would be sort of the same. The instructor did alot of talking and joking around. The class didn't really seem to flow and the last 20 minutes she turned off the lights and left the room. I was like I can sleep at home for free lady. I'm still going to try other places though because I do enjoy yoga.
