Had DH's Holiday Party Last Night!
And didn't break Atkins at all!!!! How are you guys all doing? It's getting very frustrating with all the goodies around though!
Tomorrw is 4 weeks that I've been on Atkins and haven't lost in 3 weeks!! Have kept the weight off since Week 1, but nothing happening since then!!
Any hints or advice?

Good for you!!!!! that is some great will power. are you still do the induction? thats weird if you havent lost anything more since the first week. If you arent on the induction anymore what type of carbs are you eating?
