Pinwheels:
Buy a package of large wraps (quesadilla tortillas or wraps that you eat with a sandwich) Spread a thin layer of cream cheese on, sprinkle on shredded cheddar cheese, sliced olives, and jalapeno peppers. Roll up really tight, wrap in plastic wrap and put in fridge for an hour. Take out and slice into 1-2 inch slices right before you serve. Serve with salsa. They are SOOOOOOOOOO yummy!

Stuffed Mushrooms? Might be too much work, but if you have a chopper it isnt bad...
1 package gourmet stuffing mushrooms
In chopper: place stems of mushrooms, 1 green pepper, garlic
Then in pot melt 1 stick butter, add mixture from chopper with 1-2 cups of bread crumbs and lemon juice for taste.
Mix in pot until butter is melted and it looks like stuffing... Stuff mushrooms, cook on 425 for 25 minutes
