What are some Good books?
NOT "What to expect when your expecting " though .....that book made me nuts last time I read it with all the "what could go wrong's" . I dont want to read that again!
My Friend gave me " Belly Laughs" and "Baby Bargains" but I want a more like weekly type of Book that tells you what to expect.

Re: What are some Good books?
The title is harsh, but I thought it was a really great book. M/S, yeast infections, I did nothing but cry my first trimester. I wanted to feel happy, but couldn't. Great book.

Re: What are some Good books?
Baby Bargains was priceless for me when I registered.
I also loved "Girlfriends Guide to Pregnancy."
I have the first Week by Week book you posted & I like it very much.

What everyone else said and make sure you sign up for the BabyCenter weekly emails - I found almost every week it was right on with what I was experiencing and it eased my mind.

Re: What are some Good books?
I have what to expect, your pregnacy week by week (with the lady and the sunhat on the cover) and my boss just got a copy of my ob expert's book (I work for a med mal law firm) so I am looking foward to that!

Re: What are some Good books?
It's a little soon, but I love The Modern Girl's Guide to Motherhood. It doesn't really address pregnancy, but it's good for when you want to think about parenting. It's very comprehensive. I love it.
