Don't know if it's a stomach virus or teething...
I think he still has a little diarreah. He woke up with a poopy diaper and this morning he had another watery poop. It was a little less though. He had 5 ounces this morning at around 9:30 and when I put him down for a nap at around 11:15 there was no wet diaper. Now he's been sleeping for 2 and a half hours so I don't know if he has wet his diaper. I may have to give him pedialyte. That's what the doctor suggested. His doctor wasn't in but spoke to another doctor. I told her that sometimes he refuses to drink from the bottle period so she suggested to try giving him the pedialyte in a sippy cup. I will have to wait till Monday to speak with his regular doctor. I may end up bringing him in.
He's been sleeping a lot during the day so I know right there that something is off because my boy does not take 2-3 hour naps every day...and that's what he's been doing.
The doctor I spoke with also said it could be a stomach virus or because he's teething. We never went through this when the bottom teeth came in...she also said that as long as he's having at least 3 wet diapers during the day then that's fine. Does that sound right???
eta...he just woke up and no wet diaper still... I'm really starting to get concerned now.

For it to be diarreah, he would need 8-11 poopy diapers in a 24 hour period.

Agreed. Watch his fluid intake. I have been down this road with Grace and it is not fun. 
Please make sure he is hydrated as to avoid a trip to the ER.

He is flat out refusing to drink from a bottle so I have to slowly let him drink from a cup because he's gotta get fluids in him.
He has had two more wet diapers. One was a light one but the second one was a little more.
But I gotta keep continuing to monitor the fluid intake and I'm going to get Pedialyte later on. I'll see how he is by monday. I may just end up bringing him in.

Poor thing just threw up again tonight. He cried at first cuz it scared him but then got over it quickly. He threw up twice...
I'm definitely calling his doctor on Monday and I think i'm going to just bring him in.

Poor thing pooped during the night again. He woke up with a poopy diaper. Best part is that he is not waking up crying or anything. If he does wake he just opens his eyes. No crying.
The fussiness is at feeding time. He did throw up again last night night. Twice and it was projectile again. When I call his doctor tomorrow I think he's gonna say that he wants to see him.
