I feel terrible - Vent

Sorry to sound like a huge complainer, but I still feel horrible. I am 9w4d and I am so sick all the time.

I am off bed rest, which is good. But, I have been getting sick all day long. Even at 11:30 at night! I can't really sleep. I feel like crying all the time. Everyone says it get's better. I so hope that is true, because if I stay like this, I will only be having one child. Chat Icon

Vent over, thanks for listening.

Re: I feel terrible - Vent

You sound like I did :( I went through the same torturous thing...I would cry out of sheer frustration over being so sick to my stomach. BUT...it really does get better. I NEVER thought it would. I was 14 weeks when i finally woke up one day and was like "ooohhhh ok, not nauseous yet...". At about 12 weeks i felt better little by little...and then 14 it was pretty much gone.

I am now 20 weeks and really enjoying everything. I almost forget how bad it was...but believe me, I can empathize. Drink gatorade, eat oranges if you can (helped me) and definitely carbs whenever you can get them down. They do help!!!

Feel better and cheer up!!! It'll be over soon!!

Re: I feel terrible - Vent

I thoughtthe same thing, I cried ALL THE TIME!!!! I even cried at work, and kept thinking it will never get better, and it will.
Everyone is different, but i started to feel better around 12 weeks. I just woke up one morning and was like, hey...i dont have to puke.
Im now 15 weeks, and will occasionally throw up, but not because Im sick, just because something didnt agree with me.
Hang in there.....there is a light at the end of the tunnelChat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon

I was sick the entire time with my first and Iam just as sick if not sicker this time. Today I actually look like I have a bad sunburn because I broke so many blood vessels in my face last night barfingChat Icon

I remember begging my DH that we only have one child, but here I am once again. You will forget and in the end you won't care because you will be overflowing with happinessChat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon

Hang in there, it gets so much better!
I just said to DH last night, that I love being pregnant. He was very surprised. He said he thought I was going to loose it the first few months. I hated it! Now, I can hardly remember why.
