Should we send a gift?
DH's cousins are christening their daughter on Father's day. We already RSVP'd no but now DH is saying we should send a gift. Do people typically send a gift for a christening they can't attend?

Re: Should we send a gift?
So the consensus is send a gift! Okay. How much of a gift?
Can't believe DH was right!
Would a BBB or BRU gift card be good or is cash better because it's a Christening?

Re: Should we send a gift?
Savings bonds are popular for christenings. If not a check or cash.

Re: Should we send a gift?
I would go with a $100 savings bond ( costing you $50) Savings bonds at the most popular christening gift.

Re: Should we send a gift?
Most of the people who couldn't make it to my son's Baptism sent a gift.
I would send one as well.

I'd send a check. I just think it's easier for all involved.

Re: Should we send a gift?
$50 range is good. I like the 100 dollar savings bond idea for a baby.
