Fitpregnancy magazine says Sunless tanner is OK!
They are advertising an article in "fitpregnancy: this month that it is safe to use self tanners and they even advertise which ones to use. This is so confusing I wish medical staff would come with a consensus on this one, is it safe or not? I'm sure a little summer glow would make all of us preggos feel better.

Which ones do they recommend? I never even thought that I would not be able to use it....
I need to refresh my tan that I got in April when we went to Jamaica....

Ok, I re=read the article and it says there are no known hazards for your baby, but ya know what? In 5 years they'll link self tanner to autism, ADD, etc. My doc said not to use it, there is not enough research abiut the effects, it is suppose to only penetrate the 1st layer of your skin, but they will not know the true effects for a few years. Aplly suncreen and get bronzed the old fashioned way, that's what I've been doing.
