Our lot is 80x120 and the house has to sit no more then on 30% of that size lot. for an inground pool the size can be no bigger then 13 feet by 6 feet. That is the standard size inground pool in our area with that size lot.
You probably could do an inground pool but check with your county's building codes. It may only permit you to do a specific size inground pool.

our lot I believe is 60x100 and I have a semi in ground pool, we didnt feel like having to pay the taxes for an inground so our semi is only 2 feet above the ground and we have a huge deck around it. my neighbor has an inground and their lot is the same size as ours.
