We played this game at my SIL's baby shower and we are doing it for mine as well. We gave each table a roll of toilet paper and they had to pick one person from their table and diaper them. Then we lined up each diapered person and picked the best looking one. It was really funny and hillarious!

i have a whole bunch of games i put together in powerpoint for my shower and my sil's we did baby bingo, parts of the baby, word scramble, name that baby song and nursery rhymes. jennifer from this site sent them to me and i customized them. if you send me a fm with your address i can email them to you.

Another cute game is "my water broke" You get little plastic babies, freeze them in ice cube trays and then you give them out to each person at the shower. One person per table wins. So whoever shouts "my water broke" first from each table wins the prize. They be creative and do things to hurry the process of the ice cube melting like putting them in a glass of water or chewing on it. We did this at my SIL's as well and it was hysterical watching people chewing on the ice cubes.

There is the baby pool...to guess what time of day the baby will be born. We did $2 a box or 3 for $5...its a 50/50 pool so the proud parents get a little something extra to buy anything that they may still need for the baby...and the winner gets mailed a check after the baby is born....(this game is great for a jack and jill shower)
We pre fill in the cards for baby bingo....because too many people cheat otherwise....or lose intrest
we also get an egg timer...and as the gifts are open...whoever's present is being opened when the timer goes off gets a prize
Purse Raid....make a list of ten items...the 1st person to pull the item out of her purse gets a prize

I went to one shower and we did BINGO by filling in our bingo cards with baby gifts we thought she was getting. As she opened it, we x'ed them off.

At my work shower they had everyone provide a baby picture of themself ahead of time and then we had to guess who was who.
They also had a bunch of different baby food jars with the labels off and we had to guess what kind of food it was.
I know my mom did a whole bunch of games at my shower, but I'm drawing a total blank. I'll try to find them later.

Depending on your audience you could do the "poopy diaper game" Get a bunch of different types of choclate candy...snicker, milky way, etc. You put a piece in a diaper, pop it in the microwave until it melts and then you pass it around and everyone has to guess the candy by smelling the diaper!
