Healthy Eating breakfast Question
I have been doing low carb and I havent really seen any weight loss on myself. I was thinking about trying to eat normally, just healthy. What are some ideas for Breakfast?
Where I work, there is a full service cafeteria, where I can get eggs and toast and stuff....but I am so sick of eggs and egg whites. What do you recommend for breakfast that is filling?
Thanks, Scott

Re: Healthy Eating breakfast Question
I love egg white with tukey on whole wheat...I usually add a slice of american cheese to it, a few times a week..Its pretty low in acalories. I also buy a TON of different fruits a week, and make fruit salad for breakfest a lot. I also buy low cal English muffins, and have those with either butter or jelly, low fat cream cheese, or peanut butter( little bit) and some jelly... I also love the new KAshi ceral...the crunch one , its really good...I eat it without mil or sometimes with milk if I have time at home
Mix up what you have and it will help.

Re: Healthy Eating breakfast Question
Hot Oatmeal with fruit - I like either Bananas and strawberries or blueberries and strawberries. It's definitely filling and healthy! Also whole wheat low-fat English muffins with a little bit of peanut butter - makes me full until lunchtime.

I have cut the bread out of my breadfast and stick to either cereal or oatmeal when I'm not in an egg mood

Also, Fiber One Honey Clusters is really good and has a ton of fiber which is great for weight loss.
