Re: Spinoff - what were some great things...

This one house on king street in N Bellmore had a Jacuzzi Tub, Nice size eat in Kitchen, Brand New Hard wood Floors, Nice finished Basement with a Huge area for Storage, New fuse box, and new Gas heat. The whole house was renovated. The only thing that wasnt nice, was the price lol. Funny thing, we brought Danielle's nephew with us to see the house at an open house. He was 2 at the time. He had to go to the bathroom. So I ask the realtor and she says it is fine. He goes in and then they come out and Danielle says, he didnt have to go, just wanted to see the bathroom.....lol.

Another house was on howell Street in N bellmore. This is the dutch colonial we almost bought before we found our levitt cape. It had 2.5 brand new bathrooms, finished basement, huge eat in kitchen, long driveway, beautiful stone exterior entrance way, custom stairway.
(Bad things about the house were there was no dining room, master bedroom was right off the kitchen, other bedrooms were small, and the oil tank was buried under the house in the foundation.

We looked at a house in N Babylon that we considered buying. For $379k. The yard was huge, and went completely around the house. The kitchen was large and eat in. The dining room was formal and open, the living room had a cathedral ceiling. There was a den off to the right when you first walked in, and a half bath on the left. There was a small basement are where the huge New Colorful washing machine and dryer was.

Upstairs was 3 bedrooms and another bathroom.

No garage, but a new driveway, new roof, and the whole inside was just redone. Hardwood floors too.....
