Vent about Dr's!
Why is it that EVERY doctor I call to make an appointment for only has availability in November or December? And, they only have office hours weekdays from 8am - 3:30pm. I mean, it's not an emergency or anything, but how busy can these people be?!?!?!?!?!?
And - I am sorry, but why do I have to use my VACATION to go to the Dr! Can't they have ONE evening per week that they take appointments after 3:30?

This ALWAYS infuriates me! I can never understand why they don't have one late night or even a Saturday morning or something.

Like GOD FORBID they work past banker's hours!
This is a huge pet peeve of mine too.
Hello? Some of us do have to work to get the insurance that affords us to see you! How can we come in between 9 and 3 Monday-Friday???

I hear ya. I work in NYC and live on LI and it is so hard to find a doctor, gyno or dentist who has late hours. Luckily, I've done my research and found doctors who do. Few and far between though.

It's upsetting that one has to pick their doctors by who has the best hours, not by who has the best medical credentials...
