I'd go for a really nice diaper bag! I love the ones coach just came out with!!! The kate spade ones are great also - I got one at my baby shower and used it all the time.

I'd go for a really nice diaper bag! I love the ones coach just came out with!!! The kate spade ones are great also - I got one at my baby shower and used it all the time.
I just bought a Petunia Pickle Bottom diaper bag and I LOVE it! Of course, I didn't get to use it yet, but it's beautiful and very very functionable. I dont' know how "luxury" it is, but Julia Roberts owns one. It is moderately priced. The one I got was $180.
