Real Estate License ?
If you have a real estate license and you go to buy a house for yourself are you entitled to part of the commission?

I think you would be but it might be small if you aren't the listing agent. But why wouldn't you waive your commision since you are paying it anyway in the price of the house?

Have you represented yourself as an agent? Are you a broker or a salesperson? The broker would technically get the commission check at closing, and then he/she could just cut a check to you as an agent.
