Thats very good for wantagh.
Only down side is its a ranch so small kitchen and the d section is near the southern state. So depending on how you look at it could be good or bad 
I do like that area though. We looked at a house over there

The stove in the kitchen looks like one of those apt. sized stoves if you look at the spacing in between the burners. I'd worry about having to redo the cabinetry in order to fit a regular size stove in there.
I could be wrong as the fridge in the other pic looks too skinny as well. Maybe the pics are just shrunken
It's also a bit cheaper because it's not Wantagh SD. Houses in Wantagh that are Seaford SD or Levittown are usually a bit less.

It is an apartment sized stove - that's the original kitchen. My mom still has the original kitchen and you can't fit a regular stove in it unless you change the cabinetry.
Still, it's a good price...the house looks really clean and the taxes aren't bad for Levittown/Wantagh
