For me, my favorite value is ASMusic
Favorite Moderate: POFQ! 
And I've never been to a deluxe but I'd love to try the Grand Floridian or the Animal Kingdom Lodge in a Savannah room!
Overall, of the ones I've been to, I looove POFQ

Port Orleans, because its the one I went to w/DH

I guess the closest to a 'value' resort I ever went to there was Port Orleans.. though that is really more moderate I guess..
Favorite Deluxe
Tie between Grand Floridian and Wilderness Lodge.. slight edge to Grand Floridian, it was just amazing!!
But honestly I've never stayed at a "bad" Disney resort.. they are all wonderful to me!
I stayed 2x each at both the Yacht Club and Beach Club near Epcot... I loved being able to walk to Epcot, since I love it there!
and me and my friends stood at the Polynesian .. that was my very first trip to WDW.. it was sooo pretty

the only one we ever stayed at was the Contemporary. It was great b/c the monorail to Disney World ran right through the hotel.

The Boardwalk - I love the location, the boardwalk itself and the pool slide.
Favorite Value
Never been.
Favorite Moderate
Port Orleans Riverside - I love Boatrights, the River Roost & Bob Jackson (sing-a-long piano player)
Favorite Deluxe
Wilderness Lodge - I love the theme, that they have a food court, the pool bar bartenders.
Other
We stayed at the Wyndham Orlando Resort once - they had a great pool area with an ice cream parlor, really nice rooms and they offered shuttles to the other attractions.

My overall fav was Animal Kindgom Lodge and Polynesian. I think AKL gets an edge for the Savannah room...it was great. We went on our HM and had breakfst out on our balcony with the animals right there.
Value-we stayed at Coronado Springs and Dixie Landing--I liked Coronado better
Also have stayed at Contemporary which we liked--that was years ago with my family though.
