With whom do you need to speak urgently to at 6:22 in the AM???!!!???? Most of us take some snooze time at that ungodly hour since we make the sacrifice to get to work early and here you are gabbing away about health benefits?? WAIT UNTIL YOU GET TO WORK to have that convo...

That $ucks. If someone does that on Metro-North, either a fellow passenger or the conductor will usually say something to the person, especially if it's that early. I hate when there are loud people on the train especially in the morning. Having an ipod made my commute so much better.
