Before (sorta) and After Pics - Renovation/dormer- Neighbor's house
Next store to my parents house, the neighbors bought it and 2 years later completely transformed it. Every weekend I stare at it from my car in awe- It looks like a mansion now!
Since I didnt think to take a before pic, here is a house that looks similar to it and the other ones on their block

wow what a transformation! did they knock down the old house completely and just rebuild?

that was the most shocking part about it, we didnt expect it to look like that at all b/c for the most part the house pretty much looked the same until the very end when they put the fake dormers on top and added the big entrance way.
Its funny b.c if I have someone me off at my parents house now, I'm like you see that big mansion type thing right there? and theyre always like "yes its beautiful!"
"yeah drop me off at the 70s shingled house right next to it"
