Cablevision Vent
I Been having problems with my phone and it has been affecting me to get online because it is connected to the phone right now its working And Dh called Cablevision so they could come on Sunday and they said we will be there between 11 - 2 they did a No show SO dh called them yesterday morning and they said oh we will be there between 4-8 pm They did a No show AGAIN now i have to wait today again 4-8pm for them to come they better show or else we are getting rid of optonline phone and optonline service for the computer i will switch to Verizon i wont have a problem than we had verizon but we thought we would save money on optonline because its only 34.95 and verizon was a little more expensive but I rather pay for the Verizon if Cablevison cant do there Job right the first time around! sorry for the Vent but i am P-OD i could be going to curves.

When Cablevion came to install the triple play in my house it was the tech's first day on the job and he was absolutely CLUELESS My Dh was home and I came home in the middle of it. The guy was sooo dumb. He didn't have tools
Thank God my electrician was there. He had to show the cable guy what to do and let him borrow his tools Props to my electrician for putting up with clueless cable guy.

Well, this is reassuring. I'm getting thr triple play installed tomorrow. Thank God DH will be home!
I just had my phone and IO done and the guy was great. He was very knowlegdable and was in and out in a half hour. Hope you get him-lol!!
