Re: For the mom's with more than one stroller
Well, I convinced him to get me the jogger so I'd get "sexy" for him again, but then I ended up pregnant again and I don't need to convince him for the duoglider, because we'll actually NEED that.

Re: For the mom's with more than one stroller
I convinced my DH that we needed a jogger because I told him I needed something with tires. I walk alot in our neighborhood and the Graco Metrolite wheels weren't cutting it on the sidewalks. Now it is such a pleasure to do our walks with the jogger and the tires.

Re: For the mom's with more than one stroller
Scott took my car one day and in it the stroller. I was so ****** that I went out and got another one. I didn't ask- just purchased. I had reminded him to take the stroller out of the car he was taking 2x and he didn't so off I went to BRU.

Re: For the mom's with more than one stroller
My 2nd stroller was an inexpensive Combi umbrella stroller. It wasn't a hard convince because it was only $35 but basically I told him I was sick of having no trunk space for groceries and stuff, and lugging around that huge heavy stroller. Plus we thought it would be good for when the school year started up so that my FIL could keep the old big one at his house and pick up the baby from the sitter's house (she is around the block from him) on nights that I work late -- or DH can take the baby for walks wit hthe 2nd stroller if one is in my car when I take saturday classes and stuff.

Well, our second stroller was pretty cheap, but he agreed to another one because he didn't want to keep hauling the Pliko back and forth between our cars. The Baby Trend one is in his car; Pliko's in mine.

I'm trying to think if it even entered my head to ask his opinion
Nope! He doesn't care either way....

I got mine the Peg and Mclaren as gifts. The snugride (for the infant carrier) I told him it was convenient and he said fine.

Re: For the mom's with more than one stroller
We got all our strollers as gifts at the shower. It was good thinking to register ahead. I also got one as a hand-me-down. The only one we bought was our Sit and Stand when we knew we were having another baby.

Re: For the mom's with more than one stroller
So I brought up the topic last night about a jogging stroller and of course his first reaction was this and you dont jog. I then furter explained that the Peg isn't great for the side walks that it is so bumpy and he enjoys being outside so we have been going for alot of walks lately. He didn't say no so looks like I am going to get one.
