REALLY CUTE house in East Northport $499
bellecrest area - DH and I LOVE this house, we see it all the time. If we were looking we'd be checking this one out!

Taxes are always great in East Northport/Northport. What extra you have to spend on a house you will get back in lower taxes due to LIPA being there.
The house I sold in East Northport (small ranch) was .12 acre and the taxes are only $3,800. People (especially those from Nassau) couldn't believe it.
East Northport is a bargain in taxes.

Our taxes are $6800 now...grrrr and thats a high ranch on .25 acre.
